Warrand for arreisting Robert Wilsone a Drover

It being Represented by Her Majesties Advocat That Robert Wilsone a Drover was addebted in Considerable soumes To John Dick and James Dinn also Drovers and tennents to the Marquess off Montrose But that the said Robert Wilson hath withdrawen out off the Kingdome in defraud off his said Creditors and yet drives a Covert trade withine this Kingdome in other mens names And that therfor he was desired To give a warrand to arreist the said Robert Wilsone wher he might be found within the Kingdome untill he should find Caution to answer as Law will The Lords of privie Councill allowed Her Majesties Advocat to give the said warrand.

The Marques of Annandale Lord president of privy Councill acquainted their Lordships that he was called to wait upon her Majestie at Court and therfore desired to know if ther Lordships had any Commands to Lay upon him which he would take care off. Commission under the great seall In favours of Lord Charles Kerr Second Lawfull Sone to umquhile William Marques of Lothian appointing him to be director of her Majesties Chancelary dureing all the dayes of his Lifetyme presented and Read and delyvered by the Lord president of privy Councill to the Lord Charles Kerr who renewed the said Commission on his knee as use is Therafter the said Lord Charles did qualifie himself to her Majestie by Swearing the oath of alledgance and Subscriveing the same with the assurance And the Lord president of privy Councill haveing tendered to his Lordship the oath de fideli he swore the same as use is. Off the which Commission the tenor followes.

Patent of honour In favours of Charles Hope of Hopetoune Creating him Earle of Hopetoune etc presented and Read and then delyvered by the Marques of Annandale Lord president of privy Councill to the said Earle who receaved the said patent on his knee as use is. Wherof the tenor followes.
