Warrand to the sollicitor to proceed Lord Lochore and Lieutenant James Murray

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to Sir William Lockhart there majesties Sollicitor to proceed in diligence Againest Mr Alexander Malcome of Lochore and his Cautioners for not abydeing by there bond granted to the Councill In respect they have not as yet subscrybed ther said abydeing be And that the said Mr Alexander being sought for by a macer at the places where he uses to Lodge cannot be found And Lykewayes to cause registrat the bond granted be Leiutenant James Murray and […] Campbell and David Burnet his cautioners and cause charge them thereon In respect they have failzied in performing the contents of there bond And that the Leivetennent being searched for at his quarters did make his escape from the guairds

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby give order and warrant to Sir William Lockhart their majesties’ solicitor to proceed in diligence against Mr Alexander Malcolm of Lochore and his cautioners for not abiding by their bond granted to the council, in respect they have not as yet subscribed their said abiding be, and that the said Mr Alexander being sought for by a macer at the places where he uses to lodge cannot be found, and likewise to cause register the bond granted be Lieutenant James Murray and […] Campbell and David Burnet his cautioners and cause charge them thereon in respect they have failed in performing the contents of their bond, and that the lieutenant being searched for at his quarters did make his escape from the guards.
