Major Ker allowed to goe to Flanders.

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill haveing Considered a petition given in to them be Major Daniell Ker of Kersland They hereby allow the petitioner to goe with his recruitts to Flanders (notwithstanding of any restraint Laid by the Councill upon him) To the end he may attend there majesties service there
