Warrand for receaving Leiutenant Murrayes bond

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to the Clerks of Councill to receave Mr John Campbell brother to the Earle of Arguyll and David Burnet nerchand burges of Edinburgh as Cautioners in the bond with Leivetennent James Murray for the Leivetennents peaceable behaviour and appearance when called for under the penaltie of Ane Hundreth pounds Sterling.

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant to the clerks of council to receive Mr John Campbell, brother to the earl of Argyll, and David Burnet, merchant burgess of Edinburgh, as cautioners in the bond with Lieutenant James Murray for the lieutenant’s peaceable behaviour and appearance when called for under the penalty of one hundred pounds sterling.
