Warrand to receive in to the castle the wyves and children in use to stay there

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby recomend to the Earle of Leven governour of the Castle of Edinburgh and in case of his Lordships absence Gives order and warrand to the Inferior officers of the said castle to receave in again thereto the wyfe and daughter of Leivetennent Colonell James Murray and the wyves of any others of the officers and souldiers of the said Castle and there children who were formerly in use to remaine therein and were putt furth when the same wes Lately shutt up.

Warrant to receive into the castle the wives and children in use to stay there

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby recommend to the earl of Leven, governor of the Castle of Edinburgh and in case of his lordship’s absence give order and warrant to the inferior officers of the said castle to receive in again thereto the wife and daughter of Lieutenant Colonel James Murray and the wives of any others of the officers and soldiers of the said castle and their children who were formerly in use to remain therein and were put furth when the same was lately shut up.
