Warrant

Warrand to Sir William Lockhart to Imprisone persones under baill

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill Being Informed by Sir William Lockhart there Majesties Sollicitor that some persones who are bound as Cautioners to present the persones of there principalls befor the Councill when called haveing receaved charges of horning for that effect, are come to the said Sir William offering there principalls and desyreing to be free of there Cautionrie And threatten to take Instruments upon the offer They hereby authorize and give power and Commission to the said Sir William Lockhart to Committ to prisone all and every such principall whose Cautioner doe present them to the said Sir William and offer to take Instruments upon there presentatione That they may be free of there Cautionrie And appoints these principalls to remaine in prisone untill the Councill give warrand for there Liberatione.
