Warrand to give up Irving of Glassall and Collieson of Auchlounes there bonds

Anent the petitione Given in to the Lords of there majesties privie Councill be Alexander Irving of Glassall and Charles Collieson of Auchlounies Shewing That where the petitioners haveing Enacted themselves for the Loyall and peaceable behavior By finding sufficient Cautione for that effect And now there saids Cautioners being charged to present the petitioners to appear befor there Lordships To ansuer what shall be Laid to there charge The petitioners haveing ever since Lived peaceably at home and hes qualifyed themselves in the termes of there majesties gracious Indemnity and accepted thereof by tymously takeing the oath of alleadgeance and assureance as the report thereof made with the principall depositiones for the shyre of Kincairden and Aberdeen Lyeing in the Clerks hands does instruct whereupon the petitioner humbly conceaves themselves and there severall Cautioners to be fully Liberate of the forsaid Cautionrie And therefore ought to have there severall bonds of Cautionrie delyvered up to them And therefore Craveing to the effect underwreitten As the said petition bears The Saids Lords of there majestyes privie Councill Haveing Considered this petition Given in to them be the above Alexander Irving and Charles Collinsone They hereby give order and warrand to the Clerks of Councill to delyver up to the petitioners the above bonds granted be them and there Cautioners the bond granted be the said Alexander Irving daitted the tuenty day of Februarij Jaj vjc and nyntie one and the bond granted be the said Charles Colliesone daitted the said tuenty day of Februarij Jaj vjc nyntie one years In respect the petitioners have taken the benefite of there majesties act of Indemnity And that the oath of alleadgeance signed be them and there originall subscriptiones thereto is transmitted to the saids Clerks of privie Councill.

Warrant to give up Irving of Glassell and Collison of Auchlyne their bonds

Concerning the petition given in to the lords of their majesties’ privy council by Alexander Irving of Glassell and Charles Collison of Auchlyne shewing that, where the petitioners having enacted themselves for their loyal and peaceable behaviour by finding sufficient caution for that effect, and now their said cautioners being charged to present the petitioners to appear before their lordships to answer what shall be laid to their charge, the petitioners having ever since lived peaceably at home and have qualified themselves in terms of their majesties’ gracious indemnity and accepted thereof by timeously taking the oath of allegiance and assurance as the report thereof made with the principal depositions for the shire of Kincardine and Aberdeen lying in the clerk’s hands does instruct, whereupon the petitioners humbly conceive themselves and their several cautioners to be fully liberated of the foresaid caution and therefore ought to have their several bonds of caution delivered up to them, and therefore craving to the effect underwritten, as the said petition bears. The said lords of their majesties’ privy council, having considered this petition given in to them by the above Alexander Irving and Charles Collison, they hereby give order and warrant to the clerks of council to deliver up to the petitioners the above bonds granted by them and their cautioners, the bond granted by the said Alexander Irving dated 22 February 1691 and the bond granted by the said Charles Collison dated the said 22 February 1691, in respect the petitioners have taken the benefit of their majesties’ act of indemnity and that the oath of allegiance signed by them and their original subscriptions thereto are transmitted to the said clerks of privy council.
