Warrand for delyvering up Lumsden of Auchindor his brother

The2 Lords of there majestyes privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to there Clerks of Councill To delyver up to John Lumsden of Auchindoir and William Lumsden his brother the bond granted be them and there Cautioners for there peaceable behaviour and appearance when called for Containing the penalty of Fyve Thousand merks being Tuo Thousand fyve Hundreth merks for each of them And that In respect they have sworne and signed the oath of alleadgeance and signed the assureance appointed by act of parliament to there majestyes King William and Queen Mary

Warrant for delivering up Lumsden of Auchindoir’s brother

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby give order and warrant to their clerks of council to deliver up to John Lumsden of Auchindoir and William Lumsden his brother the bond granted by them and their cautioners for their peaceable behaviour and appearance when called for, containing the penalty of 5,000 merks, being 2,500 merks for each of them, and that in respect they have sworn and signed the oath of allegiance and signed the assurance appointed by act of parliament to their majesties King William and Queen Mary.
