The Lord of their majesties privy Councill Doe heirby allow the Clerks of Privy Councill to give out new letters at the instance of Sir Archibald Cockburne of Langtoune against Coll Cuninghame in the termes of the former and appoints the day of Compeirance in the new letters to be the Twentie nynth day of December nixt to come both for parties and witnesses In Respect the day of Compeirance in the former letters is elapsed.
