Warrand to get up Watson of Corsletts bond

Anent the petitione Given in to the Lords of there majestyes privie Councill be David Watsone of Corslett Shewing That whereas the petitioner wes charged to Compear befor there Lordships And being now upon the place And haveing formerly found Cautione for his peaceable behaviour (2Sir John Forbes of Craigivar haveing subscryved tuo distinct bonds of Cautionrie for that effect And now Sieing the petitioner did upon the Tuentie one day of December last by past take the oath of alleadgeance and assureance to there majesties King William and Queen Mary in the termes of there majestyes Indemnity And therefore Craveing to the effect underwreitten As the said petitione bears The Saids Lords of there majestyes privie Councill haveing considered this petitione given in to them be the above David Watsone They hereby give order and warrand to the Clerks of Councill to delyver up to the petitioner the above bond granted be him and his Cautioner of the date the nynteenth day of maij Jaj vjc nyntie years In respect the petitioner hes taken the benefite of there majestyes act of Indemnity And that the oath of alleadgeance signed be him and his originall subscriptione thereto is transmitted to the saids Clerks of privie Councill

Warrant to get up Watson of Corslat’s bond

Concerning the petition given in to the lords of their majesties’ privy council by David Watson of Corslat, shewing that whereas the petitioner was charged to appear before their lordships and being now upon the place, and having formerly found caution for his peaceable behaviour (Sir John Forbes of Craigievar having subscribed two distinct bonds of caution for that effect), and now seeing the petitioner did, upon 21 December last take the oath of allegiance and assurance to their majesties King William and Queen Mary in terms of their majesties’ indemnity, and therefore craving to the effect underwritten, as the said petition bears. The said lords of their majesties’ privy council, having considered this petition given in to them by the above David Watson, they hereby give order and warrant to the clerks of council to deliver up to the petitioner the above bond granted by him and his cautioner of 19 May 1690, in respect the petitioner has taken the benefit of their majesties’ act of indemnity and that the oath of allegiance signed by him and his original subscription thereto is transmitted to the said clerk of privy council.
