Warrand to transport Peter Welsh

The Lords of there majestyes privie Councill doe hereby Give order and warrand for transporting of Peter Welsh prisoner in the tolbooth of Falkland2 for stealling of horses from that tolbooth to the tolbooth of Edinburgh that he may be tryed befor the Lords of Justicarie and ordaines him to be Conveyed from Shirreff to Shirreff untill he come to the citie of Edinburgh And ordaines him to be delyvered to the magistrats thereof And ordaines the magistrats and keeper of there tolbooth To receave and detaine him prisoner therein untill further order

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant for transporting of Peter Welsh, prisoner in the tolbooth of Falkland for stealing of horses, from that tolbooth to the tolbooth of Edinburgh, that he may be tried before the lords of justicary, and ordain him to be conveyed from sheriff to sheriff until he come to the city of Edinburgh. And ordain him to be delivered to the magistrates thereof. And ordain the magistrates and keeper of their tolbooth to receive and detain him prisoner therein until further order.
