Warrand for Subsistance money to Serjant Bland

The Lords of their majesties privy Councill being Informed that Serjant John Bland who haveing been pursued before the saids Lords at the instance of Adam Cockburne of Ormistoune Is by their Lordships Remitted to be pursued before the Lords of Justiciarij, Is in a mean cause and not able to mantaine himself and Considering that he is a Serjant in Coll Cuninghames Regiement of Dragoons They heirby appoint the said Collonell to make payment to the said Serjant of his Subsistance money day by day dureing the tyme of his Imprisonment
