Warrand for delyvering up John Gordon of Aberzeldies bond of Cautione

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Counsell doe hereby Give order and warrand to there Clerks to delyver up to John Gordon of Aberzeldie the bond Granted be the said John Gordon of Aberzeldie Sir Thomas Burnet of Leyes and Sir Alexander Falconar of Glenfarquhar as Cautioners for him for Liveing peaceablie under the Government under the penaltie of six Thousand merks, Lyeing in the hands of the saids Clerks of Counsell

The lords of their majesties privy council doe hereby give order and warrant to their clerks to deliver up to John Gordon of Abergeldie the bond granted by the said John Gordon of Abergeldie, Sir Thomas Burnet of Leyes, and Sir Alexander Falconer of Glenfarquhar as cautioners for him for living peaceably under the government under the penalty of six thousand merks, lying in the hands of the said clerks of council.
