Warrand for delyvering up Captain Lebloes and Lord Hattouns Bond

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Counsell doe hereby Give order and warrand to there Clerks To delyver up to Sir John Lauder of Hattoun one of the senators of the Colledge of Justice designed in the bond underwreitten Sir John Maitland of Ravilrig ane of the saids senators a bond Granted be Captain Jacob Libloe as principall and the said Lord Hattoun as Cautioner Conjunctly and Severallie whereby they are bound that Alexander Craighead and […] waiters at Leith who were keeped aboord and carryed to Holland by Captain Albert Vanderlan Captain of the Ship Called the seven provinces shall be set at Liberty within the space mentioned in the said bond And that the said Captain Leblo should produce the saids tuo waiters befor the Lord Conservator or Andrew Russell factor at Rotterdame in his absence and that he should produce a Certificat thereof to the Counsell betuixt and a certain day under the pain of Ane Hundreth pound Sterling for each of the saids tuo waiters daited the fyfteint of october Jaj vjc and nyntie yeras And that In respect the saids Lords of Counsell are sufficiently Informed that the saids tuo waiters are sett at Liberty Conforme to the said bond

Warrant for delivering up Captain Lebloe’s and Lord Hatton’s bond

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant to their clerks to deliver up to Sir John Lauder of Hatton, one of the senators of the college of justice designed in the bond underwritten Sir John Maitland of Ravelrig, one of the said senators, a bond granted by Captain Jacob Lebloe as principal and the said Lord Hatton as cautioner conjunctly and severally, whereby they are bound that Alexander Craighead and […], waiters at Leith, who were kept aboard and carried to Holland by Captain Albert Vanderlan, captain of the ship called the Seven Provinces, shall be set at liberty within the space mentioned in the said bond, and that the said Captain Lebloe should produce the said two waiters before the lord conservator or Andrew Russell, factor at Rotterdam in his absence, and that he should produce a certificate thereof to the council between and a certain day under the pain of one hundred pounds Sterling for each of the said two waiters dated the fifteenth of October 1690, and that in respect the said lords of council are sufficiently informed that the said two waiters are set at liberty conform to the said bond.
