Proclamation adjurneing the parliament

Anne by the Grace of God Queen of great Brittaine, France and Irland defender of the faith To our Lyon King at armes, and his Brethren Heraulds, Meacers of our privie Councell, pursevants messengers at armes, our Shirreffs in that pairt Conjunctllie and Severallie Speciallie constitut Greeting Wheras the parliament of this our antient kingdome of Scotland by the last act of the last Session therof, was declaired currant and adjourned to the twentie second day of Apryll instant, It is now our will and pleasure that the said adjournment be continued from the said Twentie second To the Twentie nynth day of the said Apryll instant Our Will is Heirfor, and wee charge yow Strictly and Command that in continent thir our Letters seen ye pass to the mercat Cross of Edinburgh and to the mercat Crosses of the remanent head burghs of the severall shyres and stewartries within this our antient Kingdome; and ther in our name and authoritie, Make publict Intimation that the adjurnement of our said parliament, Is continued to the said twentie nynth day of Apryll instant, and ordains these presents to be printed and published: Given under our Signet att Edinburgh the Twentie first day of Apryll, And of our Reigne the Sixth year Jaj vijc and Sevine Sic Subscribitur Glasgow Commissioner.
