Act In favours of Sir David Cuningham of Millcraig Advocat

The Lords of her Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby nominat and appoynt Sir David Cuningham of Millcraig Advocat to be ane Commissioner of Supplie within the Shyre of Linlithgow In the place of Patrick Murray of Livingstoun deceast, with power to him to meet with the rest of the Commissioners of Supplie of the Said Shyre, and exerce the said office as fully and freely in all respects, as any other Commissioner of Supplie may doe, And appoynts the said Sir David Cuningham befor he exerce the said office to qualifie himselfe to her Majestie by Swearing the oath of alleadgance, and Subscribing the Same with the assureance Conforme to the act of parliament.

Act in favour of Sir David Cunningham of Milcraig advocat

The lords of her majesty’s privy council do hereby nominate and appoint Sir David Cunningham of Milcraig, advocate, to be a commissioner of supply within the shire of Linlithgow in the place of Patrick Murray of Livingston, deceased, with power to him to meet with the rest of the commissioners of supply of the said shire, and exercise the said office as fully and freely in all respects, as any other commissioner of supply may do. And appoint the said Sir David Cunningham before he exercise the said office to qualify himself to her majesty by swearing the oath of allegiance, and subscribing the same with the assurance, conform to the act of parliament.
