Captain Hamillton etc qualified to her Majestie

Oath of alleadgance Sworne and the Samen with the assurance Signed by Captain James Hamillton Captain of the Royall Mary, and William Hay his Livetennant, and Patrick Hay Master of the Said Shipe In presence of her Majesties Advocat, And the Samen being reported to the Councell was appoynted to be recorded and putt up among the oaths.

Oath of allegiance sworn and the same with the assurance signed by Captain James Hamilton, captain of the Royal Mary, and William Hay his lieutenant, and Patrick Hay, master of the said ship, in presence of [Sir James Stewart of Goodtrees] her majesty’s advocate, and the same being reported to the council was appointed to be recorded and put up among the oaths.
