The Lords of her Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby Recommend to Sir James Steuart her Majesties Advocat to prepare and bring in to the Councell to morrow at Twelve acloak, a proclamation for a Nationall thanks-giving to be observed on the Second Tuesday of July for rendering thanks to Almightie God for the glorious and Signall victories It hath pleased God to bless her Majesties and Allyes armies over the French.
