Order for transporting Jannet Steuart to the Correction house of Edinburgh

The Lords of her Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby appoynt and ordaine the Shirreff of Clackmannan and his deputs to cause transport Jannet Steuart a Nottorious theiff and recepter of Stollen goods from the Tollbooth of […] To the Correction house of Edinburgh, And appoynts the Magistrats of Edinburgh, and keeper of ther Correction house to receive the said Jannet prisoner accordingly, and ther to detaine her till a convenient occasion offerr to transport her to the plantations in the terms of the Sentence, which the saids Lords have approven and heirby approves off, and interpones ther decreit and authority therto in all poynts.

The lords of her majesty’s privy council do hereby appoint and ordain the sheriff of Clackmannan and his deputes to cause transport Janet Stewart, a notorious thief and receiver of stollen goods, from the tolbooth of […] to the correction house of Edinburgh, and appoint the magistrates of Edinburgh, and keeper of their correction house, to receive the said Janet prisoner accordingly, and there to detain her till a convenient occasion arises to transport her to the plantations in the terms of the sentence, which the said lords have approved and hereby approve of, and interpose their decreet and authority thereto in all points.
