The Lords of her Majesties Privie Councell Doe heirby Nominat and appoynt the Marques of Montrose, The Earles of Craufurd, Sutherland, Buchan, Lauderdale, Levine, Dunmore, Cromatie, Stair, Roseberrie and Glasgow, Lords President of Session, Register, Advocat, Justice Clerk, Ensteruther and Pollock, Mr Francis Montgomrie, Laird of Ormiestoun younger, and the Lord provest of Edinburgh, Took a Committie for publict occurrances dureing the insueing vaccance, and declairs any fyve of them to be a quorum, and to report.
