Warrand to the Magistrats of Glasgow to delyver the French prisoners to a partie of the forces

His Grace her Majesties high Commissioner, and Lords of her Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby Appoynt and ordaine the Magistrats of Glasgow and keepers of ther Tollbooth to delyver the Crew of the French Privateer taken by Captain Matthew Campbell, To ane pairtie of her Majesties forces to be sent upon the Tenth day of August instant for receiving and transporting them to Cannogat and Leith.

His grace [John Campbell, duke of Argyll] her majesty’s high commissioner and lords of her majesty’s privy council do hereby appoint and ordain the magistrates of Glasgow and keepers of their tolbooth to deliver the crew of the French privateer taken by Captain Matthew Campbell to a party of her majesty’s forces to be sent upon 10 August instant for receiving and transporting them to Canongate and Leith.
