Committee anent the Toun of Haddingtoun

The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby add to the former Committie appointed to Consider her Majesties Letter to the Councill anent the heritors and inhabitants within the parochin of Haddingtoune; And the double of the adress by the said heritors and Inhabitants to the Queen, The Earle of Northesk; Lord advocat, Lord Halcraig, Mr Francis Montgomry and the Lord Provest of Edinburgh, And Recommends to the said Committie to meet Munday nixt at two a Cloak afternoon and Continues the quorum as formerly With power to the said Committee to cause their macers cite Patrick Cockburn of Clerkingtoune Robert Hepburne of Berrford, Sir John Hay of Alderstoune, Louis Hay Sone to Aberlady; The provest and baillies of Haddingtoune Patrick Hepburne in Abbay Milne; David Maxwell Master of the wooll Manufactory at Newmilnes Charles Maitland Macer of Session and […] Baillie of Manerhall one of the Captains of her Majesties horss guards or any other persones they think fitt to appear before the saids Lords of the Committie from time to time as they shall think fitt.
