Warrant Anent Mideltoun Lindsay and Deans2

His Grace her Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Appoint and Ordaine Midltoun, Lindsay and Deans Lately come from France and ilk one of them to bind and enact themselves in the books of privy Councill That they shall depart furth of this kingdome betwixt the date hereof and the fifteinth day of November nixt to come and shall not returne therto without Libertie granted by his Majestie or the privy Councill to them for that effect, and in the mean time that they and ilk ane of them shall Live peaceably under and with all Submission to her Majesties Government and that they shall not consult or contrive any thing in prejudice therof nor Converse nor Corrospond with rebells and that under the penalty of one hundred pounds Sterling in caice they or any of them transgress any part of the premisses.
