[Bond of caution]

His Grace her Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby give order and warrand to Sir Gilbert Eliot and Sir Robert Forbes their Clerks to receive from Mr Patrick Ogilvie of Carnes his oun Simple bond without Caution for the Soume of one hundred pound Sterling of penalty to be payed by him for each boat that shall Import Irish victuall, Beiff Kyne horss Mares or other Cattell, and Shall not be apprehended or intimation given therof in the termes of his said Commission and that notwithstanding the said Commission bears ane oblidgment to grant bond with Caution to the effect forsaid.
