Warrant

Warrant for Registrating and appending the great seall to the Commission or Letters of Mart, In Favors of the Affrican Company

Her Majesties advocat haveing Represented to the Councill That ther was a Commission or letter of Mart under her Majesties hand In favours of the Affrican Company Bearing ane Order for appending the great Seall and the Seall of the admirality therto; Which the Keepers of the great Seall Refuses to doe unless he either gett the principall Commission for his Warrand or the warrand of privy Councill for that effect The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill, Doe hereby appoint and ordaine the said Commission or Letters of Mart to be Recorded in the Register appointed by act of Parliament for Registrating of probative wrytes And appoints two extracts of the Samen to be taken out The one wherof to be given to the Clerks of her Majesties privy Councill And the other to the keeper of her Majesties great seall And hereby Grants Warrant to And Ordaines the keeper of the great seall and his deputes to append the Samen to the said principall Commission upon their recept of ane extract therof which Extract with their presence is hereby Declared to be a Sufficient warrand to them for so doeing And Ordaines the keepers of the Seall of admirality of this kingdome Likewayes to append the Seall of the said office therto.
Followes the Tenor of the Extract of the said Commission of Mart In favors of the said Affrican Company.2
