Liberation Mr Gilbert Muschet

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councell having Considered a bond granted by Mr Gilbert Muschett now prisoner in the tolbooth of Glasgow for Irregular Baptisms and marriages dated at Glasgow the tuenty Eight day of September Jaj vic nyntie seven They heirby appoint their Clerkes to receave in the said bond And Gives order and warrand to the Magistrats of Glasgou and Keeper of their tolbooth to sett the said Mr Gilbert Mushet at Libertie furth therof In respect he hath Given bond and Inacted himself in the books of privie Councell That he shall depart out of this Kingdome betuixt and the tuenty Eight day of December nixt to Come and that he shall never returne uithin the same without his Majesties or the Councells warrand for that effect And in the mean tyme that he shall not preach baptize nor marry nor use any other part of his Ministeriall function uithin this Kingdome under the penaltie of ane Thousand merks Scotts In caise he shall transgress in anie part of the premisses.
