Act taking off The viscount of Oxfoords Confynment
Anent the petition given in to the Lords of his Majesties privie Councell By Robert Viscount of Oxfoord Sheuing That the petitioner some years agoe being Called before their Lordships He uas putt under Confynment at his oune house and tuo Mylls about the same And seing now ther is peace Concluded wherby the Cause of putting the petitioner under the said Confynment is happily taken auay And that the petitioners affairs and bussines are much prejudged by his said restraint and he the only persone of all these then putt under Confynment who is Continoued And therfore Humblie Craving to the effect underwryten as the said petition bears The saids Lords of his Majesties privie Councell Having Considered this petition given in to them by Robert Viscount of Oxfoord They doe heirby take off the Confynment formerly putt upon the said viscount And Declares him quytt therof and free therfrae And Gives order and warrand to The Clerks of privie Councell to delyver up to the viscount the bond granted by him and his Cautioners for Keeping his Confynment and his peacable behaviour and appearance when called for For which this shall be to all Concerned a sufficient warrand.
