The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill upon a motion made by the Lord Viscount of Tarbat to them Doe heirby Recommend to the Earle of Argyll Commander in cheiff of his Majesties forces uithin this Kingdom for the tyme To Cause post one of his Majesties Companies of foot forces att the pass lying betueen the toune of Invernes and the garrison of Inverlochie for stopping and repressing broken and Louse men and for securing the peace of that Countrey.
