Act Litlejohn, Park, and Menzies

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill doe hereby Give order and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth to sett at Libertie furth therof Isobell Litlejohn who is prisoner therin and hes Confest Incest And also to sett at Libertie furth therof Christian Park who is Condemned for murdering her oune Chyld upon the Late act of parliament and whose sentence is by the Councills Act of the date the tenth day of December Jaj vic nyntie five unto banishment who is prisoner in the said tolbooth And Lykeuayes to sett at Libertie furth therof John Menzies who is prisoner therin on suspicion of false Coyning In respect ther is no prooff against him and uas only accused by his wyfe who is now dead And Banishes all the saids three persons furth of the Kingdome of Scotland And discharges them to returne therto under the penalties follouing viz The said Christian Parke under the paine of having the said former sentence pronunced against her putt to executione And the said Isobell Litlejohn under the paine of death And the said John Menzies under all highest paines that after may follow In respect the saids three persones have Enacted themselves in the books of privy Councill That they shall depart furth of this Kingdom and never Return therto under the penalties forsaids.
