Act Captain Erskine and Alexander Inglis to be Commissioners of Clackmannanshire

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby nominat and appoint Captain John Areskine and Alexander Inglis Factor and Chamberland of Clackmannan during the tyme that he Continoues Factor and Chamberland of the said estate To be Commissioners of supply uithin the Shire of Clackmannan With pouer to them and aither of them to sitt vote doe and Act with the rest of the Commissioners of Supplie appointed for the said shire suchlyke and alse freely in all respects as if they had been nominat in the Act of parliament In respect the saids Mr John Areskine and Alexander Inglis Have first suorne and subscrybed the oath of alleadgance and signed the assurance appointed to his Majestie by Act of parliament before they Entered upon the exercise of their offices forsaids.
