Letter anent Douglasses souldiers their peacable disbanding

A Letter from Captaine Grhame To the Lord Carmichaell Commander in Cheiff for the tyme of his Majesties forces uithin this Kingdome for the tyme telling that Colonell Douglass his regiment Have peacably disbanded at Stirling upon payment of a weeks pay and delyvered up their armes read in Councell this day.
After reading of which Letter The Councell Recommended to the said Lord Carmichaell to Countermand his Lordships troops att Dunss from marching to Edinburgh as was ordered yeasterday.
