Recommendatione to The Lord Advocat to Cause bring witches from the west Countrey to Edinburgh

The Committie Anent the report Come from the uest about trying of uitches Having made a verball report The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby Recommend to Sir James Steuart his Majesties Advocat to Cause bring to Edinburgh all such persones as he Finds by the report from the Commissioners that he has sufficient probation of uitchcraft and malifice against […] And to wryte to the Commissioners already appointed in this matter to send in all such persones seased by them Against whom they have probation of witchcraft to Edinburgh And to send in what evidences they have against these persones To the effect the haill forsaid persones may be pursued before the Lord Justice Generall Lord Justice Clerk and Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary.
