Recommendation to the Lord Advocat to pursue persons Come from France

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe Heirby Recommend to Sir James Steuart his Majesties Advocat to Intent and pursue a Criminall proces Before the Lord Justice Generall Lord Justice Clerk and the Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary against the whole persons subjects of this Kingdome who have been in France since the Act of parliament made against the Keeping any Correspondence uith the subjects of that Kingdome or repairing therto.
