Warrand allouing Moydart to find Caution

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill In obedience to his Majesties Letter direct to them of the date the tuenty third day of Aprile Last by past Requiring them to accept of sufficient baille from Allan Mcdonald of Moydart to Live peacablie and appear when called for Doe heirby ordaine the said Allan Mcdonald to Give bond and find sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That he shall Live peacably under and uith all submission to the present Government of his Majestie King William And that he shall not Act Consult nor Contryve any thing in prejudice therof nor shall not Converss or Correspond uith any rebells And that he shall appear before the saids Lords of his Majesties privy Councill whensoever he shall be Called for or required to that effect under the penaltie of five hundreth pounds sterling In case he shall transgress In any part of the premisses nota he hes found Caution.
