Warrand to Give back Burntoun and Balcanquills arms

The Earle of Leven Having acquainted the Lords of his Majesties privie Councill That […] Law of Burntoun and David Ballcanquyll of that ilk heretors in Fife who had their arms taken from them for not taking the oath of alleadgance and assurance Have both since qualified themselves and taken and suorn the alleadgance and signed the Assurance And that they now Crave back ther armes In respect they are qualified as said is The saids Lords doe heirby allow their armes to be given back to them For which this shall be a sufficient warrand to all Concerned.
