Warrand to receave Ballachin and his brothers bond and Cautioners therin

The Clerks of privie Counsell haveing presented the two bonds following Viz one granted be Patrick Stewart of Ballachin as principall and Charles Stewart yownger of Ballachin and Collonell James Meinzies of Culders as Cautioners And the other granted be Alexander Stewart brother to the said Laird of Ballachin as principall and James Herring of Calley and Thomas Stewart of Stenton as Cawtioners The saids Clerks represented that these two bonds were granted in obedience to ane act of Cowncill Dated the twentie two of Jwlly Last bypast And that the Saids clerks being ignorant of the saids Cawtioners They offered the bonds to The Counsill to be considered be them And The Counsell haveing considered the saids bonds and the Cautioners named therin They hereby allow and awthorize ther saids clerks to receave these bonds and upon receaveing therof to give out the extract of the Cowncills act of the date forsaid
