Warrand to post three Companies

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Having heard and Considered a Letter direct from the Commissioners of Justiciary of the midle district of the highlands to the Lord High Chancelor They heirby Recommend to the Earle of Argyll Commander in cheiff of his Majesties forces uithin this Kingdome for the tyme To Cause post three Companies of his Majesties foot forces at the places follouing Viz one Company at Auchaladder and Kinnochacher in Renock ane other in the Braes of Munteith and Stratherne and the third at Glentillit and the Spitle of Glenshie for stopping and repressing the Convocations of broken and louse men and for securing the peace of the Countrey.
