Warrand to Give up Captain Dalziell and Garnsallochs bonds

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Considering that ther was a proces at the Instance of Sir James Steuart his Majesties advocat Intented before their Lordships Against […] Master of Kenmure […] Craik of Steuartoune and Captain James Dalziell son to umquhile Sir Robert Dalziell of Glenae For alleadged drinking of the Late King James his health and that the said proces being advysed The defendars are assoilzied therfrae And the saids Lords understanding that the said Captain James Dalziell is under Bond by himself and his Cautioner to Live peacably and appear when called for Conforme to the bond granted before Intenting the said Action dated the fifth day of December Jaj vic nyntie five And that he Granted new bond in the saids tearms at pronuncing of the decreet of absolvitor And that […] Maxuell of Garnsalloch was Cited a witnes in the said Cause And before Intenting the proces Is under bond by himself and his Cautioner that he shall attend the dyetts of the Committie appointed for taking tryall Anent the drinking of the Late King James his health And that he shall not depairt out of Edinburgh untill he be dismist by the said Committie And in the mean tyme that he shall Live peacablie and appear when called for dated the fifth day of July Jaj vic nyntie seven years The saids Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby ordaine their Clerks to Give up both the saids Bonds granted before Intenting the said process to the said Captain James Dalziell and […] Maxuerll of Garnsalloch For which this shall be to all Concerned a sufficient warrand.
