Exonouration Infavours off the solicitor for not Executing Letters against Highland Clanns etc

The Lords of Her Majesties privie Councill Haveing heard a Representation from Her Majesties Advocat That Messengers cannot be found by the solicitors who will undertake to Report Executiones against the Cheiftanns and Land Lords off the Highland Clanns against the precise dayes Contained in the Letters Direct from the privie Councill for citting the said Chiftans and Land Lords To Compeir at Edinburgh and find inland Caution to keep the pace In manner specified in the said Letters The saids Lords of privie Councill Do heirby Exonour the solicitors and Messingers imployed by them to Execute the saids Letters from reporting Executiones against such off the persones Contained in the saids Letters As shall be set doun in a list By the Lord Advocat, Justice Clerk, ad Lord Aberuchill, And ordaine new Letters to be direct against the persones to be Contained in the said List To Compeir befoir the privie Councill for the ends above specified at the day and Dyet to be condeshended upon and set doun by the said Lord Advocat Justice Clerk, and Lord Aberuchill.
