Warrand Banishing Alexander Gibb a Traffeckquing papist furth of the Kingdome

Whereas Alexander Gibb is taken up as suspected to be a priest or a Traffecquing papist, and refuseing either to deny or Confess that he is such But being willing to take ane Act of Banishment upon him, and to goe away in the fleet presently lying in the Road of Leith: My Lord Commissioner his Grace, And the remanent Lords of Her Majesties most Honourable privie Councill, Doe heirby allow the said Alexander Gibb, To goe aboard of the said fleet upon his giveing ane Act to the Clerks of Councill, Obleidgeing himselfe to goe away with the said fleet presently and never to return to Scotland againe under the pain of death. Given at Holyroodhouse the Twenty Eight day of July 1704 years.
