The Lord Advocat Haveing Represented to the Councill That Sir Robert Miln off Barntoun Hade in the year 1687 Borrowed out of the Charter Chist off the Estate off Kinkairden The Inventar off the wrytts Contained in the said Charter Chist consisting off Fourthteen wryten leaves and that he had granted his recept for the samen and had never as yet Redelyvered the samen Therfor The Lords off Her Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby order and warrand to ther Macers To goe and requyre the said Sir Robert aither to Redelyver the samen to the Clerks off Councill upon his cutting up his Recept or ells Give in his Reasones to the Councill nixt Councill Day in the Conterar.
