Warrand approveing of Andrew Rutherfoord’s consent to be a souldier under Ensigne Eliot

The Lords of Her Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby approve of the consent given by Andrew Rutherfoord before Baillie McCellan to serve as a souldier in the Earle of Orkneys regiment under Ensigne James Eliot And haveing declaired that when the Advocats shall have noe further use for them in the proces against Gabriell Clark and other false coyners The said Andrew Rutherfoord shall be delyvered to the said Ensigne Eliot To be transported to Her Majesties service in Flanders And discharges all other officers in the mean tyme or souldiers whatsomever To Engage or take on the said Andrew Rutherfoord And appoints and ordains the said James Eliot to subsist the said Andrew in the mean tyme.
