Warrand Approveing off the proceedur off the Committee annent the Highland Clanns etc and for raising of Letters

Att Edinburgh the Tenth of January J^aj vj^c and four yeirs
The Committee appoynts the Cheifftans of Clanns after mentioned to be Cited to the seventhteen and Tuenty Nynth dayes off February nixt according as they are marked by Her Majesties Advocat By the numbers first and second upon the Margine to their respective names And to be Divided in two Classes according to the saids numbers to be insert in the Letters to be raised respective againest them Followes ane List of the persones to be Contained in the Letters to be raised at the Instance off Sir James Steuart Her Majesties Advocat againest the Highland Clanns, Cheftains, and Land Lords and are to be Cited to the seventeinth day off February nixt to come
