Warrand appointing Mr Donald of Shyan and Mr Donald of Kitray To find Caution for their appearance befoir the Councill

The Lords of Her Majesties privy Councill Haveing Considered the Report of the Committee annent the Highland Clans Made to them anent McDonald of Shyan, and McDonald of Kitray The saids Lords approve therof And appoints and Ordains The said McDonald of Shyan and McDonald of Kitray To give Bond and find sufficient Caution acted in the books of privy Councill for there appearance before the Councill when called And that under the penalty of One Thousand merks scots money per peice, And allowe’s and approve’s of Mr John McKenzie of Cramond to be Cautioner for each of them.
