Act Continueing Mistres Jean Wallace former aliment

It being represented for Sir John Hamiltoun of Halcraig one of the Senators of the Colledge of Justice That Mistres Jean Wallace Daughter to Sir William Wallace off Craigie was by order of the saids Lords Sequestrat and Committed to the Custodie and Education of his Lordships in his family And that the saids Lords By ther Act daited the Tuenty Sixth of June Jaj vijc and one years Modefied ane aliment of Nyne hundered merks for one year Commencing from the Tuenty Second day off March Jaj vijc and one years (att Which tyme she entred to his Lordships familly) And ordained the samen to be payed to his Lordships By John Wallace of Comisstean then Taxman of the Estate of Craigie And in regaird the said year was Elapsed upon the Tuenty tuo day of march last It was creaved That the former Act might be renewed and the modefication continued yearly dureing her aboad in his Lordships familly The Lords of Her Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby Renew the forsaid former Act and continues the former aliement of Nyne hundered merks yearly dureing the said Mistres Jean Wallace her aboad in the Lord Halcraigs family And Decernes and Ordaines the said John Wallace of Comissean now factor of the said Estate of Craigie To make payment to the said Sir John Hamiltoune of Hallcraigie One of the Senators of the Colledge of Justice of the said soume of Nyne hundereth merks of aliment yearly Dureing her aboad in his Lordships familly Commenceing from the Tuenty Second day of March last By past And yearly in tyme comeing Dureing the said Mistres Jean Wallace her aboad in the said Lord Halcraige his family And ordaines Letters of Horning to be direct hereupon against the said Taxmen under the signet of Councill And in caice ther be noe factor or Generall Tacksman of the said Estate The saids Lords Decernes and ordaine’s The heritors and tennents of the said Estate To make payment of the said aliment Conforme to ther rents To be contained in a list Containing ther seaverall proportiones To be given in by the said Lord Halcraig and subscryved by his Lordships To the Clerks of privie Councill But prejudice of any augmentation of the said aliment Which the saids Lords of privie Councill shall fore hereafter Find necessar to be added to the said soume according as the said mistres Jean Wallace shall grow in year’s.
