Recommendation to the Lord Advocat to wryt to the Earl of Northesk to Conveen the South district Commissioners of Justiciary in order to qualifie themselves

The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Recommend to Sir James Stewart her Majesties advocat to wryt to the Earle of Northesk Conveener of the Commissioners of the South district of the Highland Justiciary in absence of the Earle of Mar, That his Lordship would keep the dyet appointed at Dumblaine being the Twenty fourth instant for the Commissioners of Justiciary of the South district their qualifieing themselves as Commissioners in the termes of the act of parliament And that his Lordship for that effect wryt to the Commissioners to attend that day.
