The Councill Nominats and appoints the president of Councill The Earle of Lauderdale Viscount Tarbat, President of Session Lord Advocat Lord Thesaurer depute Lord Justice Clerk Lord Halcraig, Lord Crossrig Lord Philiphaugh Lord Rankeillor and Lord Phesdoe To be a Committie to Consider what Shall be done in relation to the great Seall privy Seall Signet, and Signet of Councill, And Likeways in relation to the Stamps and Irons for her Majesties Mint; As also what executione shall be allowed upon letters and wrytes raised in his late Majesties name before his death on Since his death and not fully putt to executione, and as to processes depending theron and to report their oppinion theranent with the first Conveniencie whither the old Sealls Shall be keept till new ones be made Or Subscriptiones Shall Serve in Stead therof.
