Warrant
Warrand to the Clerks for delyvering up to the President of Session two bonds granted to her Majesties Gen: receivers be Sir William Bining and his Cautioners and Sir Thomas Kenedy and his Cautioners, with ther presidents oun recept therfore on the said therof
The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Give order and warrand to their Clerks to delyver up two bonds Viz one granted by Sir William Binning of Walifoord as principall and Charles Scot of Babilaw and James Marishall wryter in Edinburgh as Cautioners for him to George Baillie of Jerviswood his Majesties receiver and to his Successors in office for the time for the Soume of Thrie hundred pounds Sterling contained in the said bond dated at Edinburgh the Sixteinth day of March Jaj vic Nyntie Seven years; And the other bond granted by Sir Thomas Kennedy of Kirkhill principall and Robert Enstruther of Wrae as Cautioner to the said George Baillie and to his said Successors in office for the Soume of Eight Hundred pounds Sterling Contained in the said bond dated at Edinburgh the Sixteinth day of March Jaj vic nyntie Seven years To Sir Heugh Dalrymple Lord President of Session As haveing right therto by assignation granted to him by Sir Alexander Ogilvie of Forglen and Sir James Elphingstoun of Logie her Majesties new Cash keepers with Consent of the Lords of her Majesties Thesaury dated the Seventeinth day of July Jaj viic and two years And Ordaines the Clerk of Councill to gett ane recept of the Saids two bonds under any of the said Sir Heu Dalrymple his Servants their hands which is hereby Declared to be their Warrant and exoneration.
