Repryve Allaster More

The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Stop and Discharge all execution of any Sentance of Death past and pronunced against Alexander Mcdonald alias Allaster More by the Commissioners of Justiciary for the Northern district of the Highlands upon the thrid and Fourth indytments and processes intended and caried on before the Saids Judges and Commissioners against him or any other process or indytment already intented or hereafter to be Commenced or intented against him before the Saids Commissioners untill the Nynth day of June being the Second Tuesday of the said moneth inclussive And farder ay and whill The Saids Lords gives their furder orders for that effect; And in the mean time discharges the Magistrats of Aberdeen and all other persones whatsomever from putting the Sentance of death already pronunced or any other Sentance of death that may happen to be pronunced by the saids Commissioners of Justiciary to any maner of execution untill the day forsaid; And furder ay and while the Saids Lords give their particular orders for that effect Requyreing and Commanding Nevertheless the Saids Magistrats of Aberdeen to keep and detaine the Said Alexander Mcdonald Alias Allaster More their prisoner in Sure Custody and firmance dureing that time forsaid as they will be answerable Sic Subscribitur Marchmount Cancellar IpD: Crafurd.
