Act Prorogating the time of transporting Allaster More

Anent the petition given into the Lords of her Majesties privy Councill be William Earle Marishall Shewing That the petitioner haveing enacted and ingaged himself Cautioner for Alexander Mcdonald alias Allaster More That he should depart out of the kingdome again the first of January nixt and never to returne under the penalty of Fyve hundred pounds Sterling Conforme to the saids Lords Sentence against him, For obeying wherof the petitioner did intend to have sent him to Leghorne and from that to Florence, But missing the only two occasiones of Ships that could be hade to transport him thither Since the Sentence; The first wherof being in the road of Leith did goe away before it was possible to gett ane act extracted for bringing him hither from the North, and the other ship being accidentally burnt at Aberdeen; The petitioner was necessitate to represent this to the saids Lords for farder prorogating the time of his transportation And Therfore humbly Supplicating the saids Lords would grant what furder time the saids Lords Should think fitt for transporting of him as the said petition bears The Lords of her Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered the above petition given in to them by William Earle Marischall and the Samen being Read in their presence; The Councill prorogats the time formerly appointed by ane ordinance of privy Councill for transporting furth of her Majesties dominions; The person of Alexander Mcdonald alias Allaster More untill the first day of Aprill nixt to come inclussive; and that in respect2 before extracting hereof the said William Earle Marischall hath renewed the bond formerly granted by him for transporting the said Alexander Mcdonald furth of her Majesties dominions as said is betwixt and the first day of January one thousand seven hundred and thrie years.
